Scurry – A Kaufman County congregation has been rocked to learn their church music director is up on child pornography charges; and some of the pictures were stored on his church computer.
David Gray has been music director at Mt. Olive Baptist in Scurry for about five years and the pastor says no one had any clue he might be into something like child pornography. But last month, federal agents raided Gray's home and found a huge stash of child porn on his computer, and then found more on his computer at the church.
Gray tells investigators he's been viewing pornographic pictures of children for 30 years. He was arrested Monday and is now out on bail.
