KETR Wins 11 TAPB Awards for 2017

The Associated Press Wednesday announced the finalists for the 2017 Texas Associated Press Broadcasters contest, recognizing great journalism in television and radio in 2017.

KETR, which competes in Division II radio (for stations outside of Texas' major metro hubs) will receive 11 TAPB Awards for work created last year. The announcement Wednesday lists the finalists for the awards; where the finalists finish will be announced at the TAPB Award banquet in Austin in April.

The finalists for Radio Division II are :
