Greenville – A Greenville man charged with aggravated robbery and kidnapping involving an incident at a Hunt County game room is again to appear in court today.
24-year-old Michael Ray Bell forfeited his bonds when he failed to appear in court earlier this month for a pretrial hearing concerning the two indictments.
Bell is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday to seek new bonds on the same charges.
He pleaded not guilty to both counts in June 2009 and was scheduled to go to trial March 8. But when he didn't show up in court for a pretrial hearing, Judge Joe Leonard ordered Bell's bonds on each charge forfeited and ordered a new arrest warrant be issued for the defendant.
