L-3 Project Christmas another success

By Bill Oliver

Greenville, TX –

Once again, employees at L-3 Integrated Systems in Greenville came through in a big way for children during the holidays.

Employees of L-3, formerly E-Systems and Raytheon, for years have held the Project Christmas Spirit program.

This year marks the most ever given. 17 organizations received 4,680 toys, bicycles, game systems, electronics, and other gifts. The area charities serve children in need, including teenagers who are often overlooked.

In addition, L-3 employees, groups, and work units also adopted 79 families
who would have otherwise gone without during the holiday season.

Russell Marshall, L-3 Vice President of Operations, and Lou Ann Petty,
lead entertainer for the Christmas program, display the number of gifts
contributed by L-3 employees.
