Rowlett – The great season for the Commerce Lady Tigers, which included a district title, has come to an end.
The team fell to Prosper Thursday night in the second round of the Class 3A playoffs, three games to none, 25-11, 25-16 and 25-13.
Under first year head coach Sarah Hall, the Tigers were at times ranked in the top ten in the state.
They went undefeated in district play en route to a winning the district outright, and earning a first round bye in the playoffs.
