Lamar County – Lamar County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000 in helping solve a burglary case that occurred over the July 4 weekend.
The crime occurred on FM 195 near Blossum, where unknown persons reportedly forced entry into a residence and removed several items including a big screen TV and a complete home theater.
A window was found broken out of the resident's shop building; resulting in a tool box full of tools, and some outdoor power equipment being removed from it, as well. An estimated $5500 in property was stolen.
