Paris – A Lamar County fugitive turns himself into authorities four days after allegedly shooting two people.
Kingsley Jeffrey turned himself in at the Lamar County Sheriff's Office Thursday afternoon where he was awaiting arraignment for his charges at last report. Bond had not yet been set.
Kingsley is alleged to have shot two people, one in the foot and the other in the abdomen on Sunday. Both were in stable condition as of Wednesday.
