Paris – 34-year-old Shanda Swanner has been charged with improper sexual relationship between an educator and a student and sexual assault of a child.
The former Chisum High School substitute teacher is accused of having sexual relations with a 17 and 16-year-old student off campus.
An arrest warrant for Swanner was issued last Thursday. She turned herself in on Friday.
