Commerce – Facilitative improvements to businesses along Live Oak Street in Commerce are nearing completion.
Back in March, Financial Planner Russell Armstrong moved his business, AIS Financial, to its new facilities along south Live Oak. Down the street from AIS is the site of Family Video, which opened just last month.
Just caddy corner from Family Video on the corner of Live Oak and Monroe is State Farm Insurance, where a new office building is in the works. Insurance Agent Dixie Turman plans to relocate her business the weekend of July 4, with hopes of being situated that following Monday.
Further west is the new destination for Cypress Bank, to be located at the corner of Live Oak and Arp Street. Vice President and Branch Manager Eddie Smith says he plans to move his business by the end of July.
In the coming days and weeks, KETR will be bringing you facilitative updates on other projects in Commerce, including new sites of both Lone Star Pizza and Dollar General, as well as the addition to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
