Sulphur Springs – The Hopkins County Junior Market Livestock Show and sale begins Thursday and runs through Saturday at the Civic Center arena in Sulphur Springs.
The show, sponsored by the Northeast Texas Livestock Association, features a buyer's supper Saturday after which many of the animals shown will be sold.
Last year over a $250,000 was raised for the young people representing 4-H and FFA chapters from almost every school in the county as well as students who are being home-schooled.
