Commerce – Stealing cigarettes has led a Commerce man to a prison sentence. The man was indicted last year for his role in a convenient story robbery in April 2007, where he's alleged to have robbed the store of cash and cigarettes. During a hearing Tuesday, he received a sentenced of up to 10 years in prison.
