Greenville – A Hunt County man was back in court Wednesday on one of his more than a dozen felony counts.
Donnie Lynn Decker was unable to appear for an arraignment hearing last summer on his 13th felony charge because he was apparently in prison on his 14th felony charge.
Decker, of Lone Oak, finally did enter a not guilty plea Wednesday. An interim hearing was set for April 6.
His previous charges include felony theft, burglary of a building and possession of a controlled substance.
Decker has asked that should he be found guilty in Hunt County, the sentence run concurrently with his present sentence.
