Denison – Denison police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a three year old child. 18 year old Shawn Michael June has been taken into custody under charges of Criminally Negligent Homicide. June is the uncle of three year old Ashton Scott Matthews, who was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon. Denison police are still investigating the incident, and no further details are being released at this time.
