Sulphur Springs – Sulphur Springs Police have arrested 33-year-old Dwayne Moore in connection to a reported incident with a gun.
Moore has been charged with stalking, which is a third degree felony.
The victim was reportedly a woman living in the Helm Lane apartments. Investigators recovered a pellet gun.
No additional information has been made available.
