Commerce – 18 year old Tory McCulloch has been charged with 7 counts of burglary of a vehicle and one count of burglary of a building after he was seen taking items out of cars in front of Berry Hall on the A&M-Commerce campus. McCulloch, an A&M-Commerce student and resident at Berry Hall, went through several vehicles in the parking lot during daylight hours while being photographed by an eye witness who called police.
