Greenville – A Greenville man has pleaded not guilty to intoxication assault.
Keith Alexander Leaf was arraigned on the charge Wednesday. He was arrested Monday. During the hearing a judge agreed to reduce Leaf's bond from $20,000 to $7,500.
The indictment alleges Leaf was intoxicated went he drove a car off a roadway and into a tree in April of last year. The accident reportedly caused a female victim to suffer serious bodily injury.
