Lamar County – Lamar County Crime Stoppers are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of man wanted on state and federal drug charges.
Clovis Shantez Liggins is believed to be hiding outside Paris city limits, but is known to return to the city at times for short periods.
Liggins, who is considered by investigators as armed and dangerous, is described as an African American male 5'10" tall and about 180 pounds. He has short hair and a goatee, but he has reportedly been wearing a wig to disguise his appearance.
