Mane Event Saturday at A&M-Commerce

Commerce – It's the Mane Event this weekend! The Mane Event Preview Day at Texas A&M University-Commerce takes place Saturday.

At last report, roughly 1,900 guests had RSVP for the event, which will run Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional volunteers are also being sought.

The event provides prospective students and their family's information on the types of opportunities available at the University through a series of interactive events. Campus and residence hall tours will be provided, as well as information centers for academics, financial aid and scholarships. Participants will also be served lunch.

Last spring, more than 1,000 individuals attended. A majority of this spring's festivities will be held in the new Sam Rayburn Student Center, which held its grand opening just last month.
