Greenville – A Quinlan man has pleaded not guilty to three of the several charges he's facing. Brian Edward Manning has pleaded not guilty to indictments for vehicle theft, evading arrest and burglary, but authorities say those are just the top of the list. He also allegedly fled from officers who were investigating a rash of other reported break-ins earlier this year.
