Most of those who lost electrical service in Friday's ice storm have had power restored, but continued outages in some areas and icy driving conditions around the region mean that Monday will not be a business-as-usual day in Northeast Texas.

Other organizations and institutions with altered schedules:
- Bonham Community Health Center is closed Monday.
- Cooper Community Health Center is on a two-hour delayed schedule on Monday.
- Greenville Community Health and Pediatric Center is on a two-hour delayed schedule on Monday.
- Women's Center of Greenville is on a two-hour delayed schedule on Monday.
