More books, teen room highlight library improvements
By Scott Harvey
HONEY GROVE - A Northeast Texas library has completed renovations to its facility thanks to a more than $40,000 grant.
The Bertha Voyer Memorial Library in Honey Grove had received the funding through the Tocker Foundation, who considers requests from public libraries serving populations of 12,000 or less.
The upgrades include a new receiving area, more books and a new teen room. A new computer room is now in the works. The Honey Grove Library showcased the renovations during an open house Saturday.
