Greenville, TX – The Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of a proposed major mixed-used development at the northwest corner of highways 69 and 380.
The Commission recommended approval requested zoning for two of the three segments of the project, which would cover more than 149 acres at the western edge of Greenville. The Commission recommended approval of stricter zoning for the third portion.
