More incendiary devices found in mailboxes

By Scott Harvey

Marshall – Two more incendiary devices turned up Monday in some East Texas postal collection boxes.

The items, found in Marshall, were described as a plastic bottle with a rope sticking out of it. The liquid inside smelled like gasoline or kerosene.

Federal authorities are investigating similar devices found in mail boxes throughout the region.

The first such device turned up at the U.S. Post Office East Texas Processing Facility in Owentown.
