Mount Pleasant – Mount Pleasant Police have captured a fugitive that has been on the run for over two decades. 40 year old Martin Hernandez was pulled over for a possible DWI and when officers ran a check, they found out he had escaped from a federal prison in Oklahoma more than 20 years ago.
