SULPHUR SPRINGS - Clint Weldon Wilson of Sulphur Springs was charged this week with the murder of Justin Daniel Pawlik.
A disturbance that led to the stabbing took place outside Wilson’s home on Dec. 6. Wilson claims the killing was in self defense.
The murder charges were filed after another knife was found in Pawlik’s body during an autopsy.
Wilson is also being held on a “blue warrant” from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for violating his parole on previous convictions for aggravated assault and deadly conduct.
