Paris, Texas – An apparent murder-suicide in Paris Wednesday has left two people dead. Police believe 22 year old Ryan Keith Farmer of Paris killed 26 year old Leslie Lemons of Lone Oak before turning the gun on himself. Lemons was shot in the chest and head with a shotgun and Farmer was shot once in the head from an apparently self0inflicted wound.
The bodies were found in a Paris residence Wednesday afternoon after a co-worker of Lemons went to the residence to see why she was late to work.
Farmer and Lemons had been dating, and Lemons had reportedly moved into the residence earlier this month. Police say the two had been arguing for about a week.
The incident is still under investigation.
