Quinlan – Two murder suspects are scheduled to be in court Wednesday. David Earl Hickman, of Royse City, and Tracie Danielle Alphin, of Quinlan, are both said to be seeking the appointment of an attorney Wednesday and a reduction in their bond. Both are charged with the murder of Jason Harrington, of Quinlan, whose body was discovered last week near Lake Tawakoni. Harrington had been missing for more than a month. Both Hickman and Alphin have remained in custody in the Hunt County Jail on $1 million bond apiece since their arrests last Tuesday.
