Narcotics bust Monday in Greenville

Greenville – An out of town suspect is arrested in Greenville for possession of marijuana. Martin Romero Dominguez of Kenosha, Wisconsin was pulled over along Interstate 30 for a traffic stop Monday evening.
Upon contacting the driver Greenville Police Officer Robert Pemberton noticed a marijuana blunt in the ashtray, a cell phone, a United States map and a GPS device in the front seat. The officer could smell an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Pemberton, along with K-9 Cieko was able to perform a search of the vehicle and discovered 6.68 pounds of marijuana concealed in the trunk.
Dominguez was arrested and the car and all property were seized. Dominguez was transferred to the Hunt County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Marijuana over Five Pounds and his bond was set at $50,000. Dominguez remained in jail as of Tuesday.
