New Court at Law post filled in Fannin County

Bonham – The recently created position of Fannin County Court at Law Judge has not been filled.

Commissioners Monday appointed Judge Joe Moss to the Court. Moss will take office in June.

The new Court will have jurisdiction to hear criminal misdeameanor cases and other civil cases, plus help alleviate the case load of the Constitutional County Court and the 336th District Court.
