Rains County – Capital murder indictments have been handed down in connection with a Rains County triple homicide. The Rains County grand jury issued the indictments against three of four suspects arrested in the case.
16-year-old Erin Caffey remains in custody in the Hunt County Juvenile Detention Center, as she is also a suspect involving the murders of her mother and two brothers that occurred on March 1.
