Greenville – A new nursing facility is in the City of Greenville's future.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted Monday to approve a final plat, or layout, for the Legend Oaks at Greenville. The approval was one of the final steps before a building permit could be issued, and construction is now ready to begin.
The 127-bed facility, to be located north of Jack Finney Boulevard and east of Wesley Street, will replace the existing Greencrest Manor.
