Paris, Texas – The search for a new Paris City Manager may have come to an end. The Paris City Council has offered the job to former Brownwood City Manager Kevin Caruth. Caruth was one of three finalists that have been interviewing with the council this week. Former City Manager Tony Williams and Freeport City Manager Ron Bottoms were the other two finalists.
