Bonham, Celeste – New voting equipment will be demonstrated around the area tomorrow in Celeste and Bonham.
The Hunt County Voter Administration office will be setting up some of the new machines in the Celeste City Hall from 8:30am to 3:00pm tomorrow. A mock election will be held so voters can actually use the machines.
In Bonham, machines will be demonstrated at the scheduled Kiwanis Club meeting at Shumardii's Steakhouse. The demonstration will begin around noon.
New electronic voting equipment has been required for all elections beginning in January of this year.
Today is the last day to register to vote for the March primaries.
