Rockwall – No charges are being filed in connection with a newborn found dead in Rockwall late last year. Police responded to a call in December from a homeowner who found a baby dead in a toilet, and called police. A 22-year old woman staying with the homeowner had given birth to the baby in a toilet of the home. The mother said the baby showed no signs of life when born and she then went back to bed. The Dallas County Medical Examiner's office could not determine if the baby was ever alive, so no charges will be pursued by Rockwall prosecutors.
