No injuries in weekend house fire

PICKTON - Hopkins County authorities say that a family was displaced Saturday after their home along CR 2376 caught fire. 

There were no injuries. The fire broke out about 2 a.m. at a mobile home in Pickton. A man taking a shower noticed the flames and was able to get the family out safely.

The Red Cross provided assistance to the family.
