Greenville – There's no increase proposed of the Greenville property tax rate for the next year. New Greenville City Manager Steve Alexander presented a budget last week that keeps the same tax rate as this year. The budget includes cost-of-living raises for city employees and a boost in funding for maintaining Greenville streets.
