North Texas Man Charged with Mail Fraud

A conviction has been reached against a North Texas man facing nine charges of securities and mail fraud. 

According to prosecutors, Dennis Woods Bowden and another man raised more than $50 million from investors in Texas and Florida, but misled investors about the return. Bowden now faces up to 20 years of prison per count.
