Northeast Texas Getting $330M in Water Improvement Funds

The city of Dallas will get $330 million towards water and wastewater systems improvements in several counties. 

The funds are part of  $355 million in financial assistance approved today by The Texas Water Development Board. The money will help fund projects in Dallas, Denton, Collin, Ellis, Tarrant, and Kaufman counties.

Another $135 thousands will go to the Greater Texoma Utility Authority on behalf of the City of Tom Bean in Grayson County for a water supply project.
