Commerce – A Commerce man has pleaded not guilty to an alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury.
Billie Jean Parker was arraigned Monday. An interim hearing in the case has been set for March 29.
According to the indictment, Parker used a firearm to cause bodily injury to a male victim in October 2008.
