Paris – Lamar County authorities have arrested Walter Caffey on a charge he kidnapped a 4-year-old girl from her home in Hugo, Oklahoma.
Reports show Caffey claimed to be the girl's father and allegedly told the girl's brother they were going to get a soda but never returned.
He was headed to Shreveport, according to investigators, but he and the girl were found in Paris.
At last report, Caffey was being held in the Lamar County jail under $50,000 bond on the Choctaw County warrant.
