Quinlan, TX – A Hunt County man was killed early Wednesday morning in a head-on crash between a motorcycle and a sedan northwest of Quinlan.
Services are scheduled Friday at 11 a.m. for 79-year-old Dale Lowe of Quinlan.
According to a report from the Texas DPS, Lowe, was riding a 2001 Honda motorcycle westbound on County Road 2278, just east of FM 36, shortly before 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Ryan Houston, 24, of Quinlan was driving eastbound on the roadway when the two vehicles met at the crest of a hill. Lowe was reported to have veered his motorcycle across the center line of the road and hit the front of Houston's vehicle.
