Two Kaufman High School students have been charged in an alleged planned school shooting.
Police charged the students Sunday after learning of a Snapchat post that referenced a possible shooting on the campus Monday. The other student reportedly used a gun simulation app on his phone while in class, where he also allegedly made threats to kill students.
Police did not identify either student, but said one student faces third-degree felony charges for making the alleged threats. The other has been turned over to the Kaufman County Juvenile Probation Department.
