Paris girl found

By Kevin Jefferies

Paris, Texas – A 12 year old Paris girl that had been the focus of a state-wide Amber Alert has been found in Dallas. The Paris News reports Alyssa Ann Frazier was found late last week by a police officer responding to a citizen's call. She was then taken to a juvenile detention center in Greenville and is expected to be reunited with her foster mother today.

Frazier was originally reported as a runaway on March 27th, but an Amber Alert was issued May 10th when police connected a Jacksboro man to her disappearance. 24 year old William Lewis Rhone is currently being held on $30,000 bond in jack County jail for unlawful restraint of a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child. Rhone told police he had met Frazier on the internet and picked her up in Paris, took her to Jacksboro, and eventually dropped her off in Dallas because she was not 18 years old as she claimed.

Frazier's foster mother said it may not be a happy reunion because Frazier did not want to come home.
