Paris, Texas – A 45 year old Paris man collapsed and died while running down a street Wednesday. Argil E. Tutt Jr. collapsed near the intersection of Southeast 12th Street and Washington. He was pronounced dead by the Justice of the Peace at 9:45pm.
At the time, police were at Tutt's residence investigating a disturbance call about a possible injury to a child involving Tutt's 14 year old stepdaughter.
