Paris, Texas – A Paris man was killed Friday in a deadly collision along Farm to Market Road 195 just northeast of Paris. 33 year old Jamie Kent Lindsey was pronounced dead at the scene after his Chevrolet Silverado truck was in a head-on collision with a Dodge farm truck. The driver of the Dodge had minor injuries, and was treated and released at the scene.
Officials say preliminary evidence shows that Lindsey was westbound toward Paris with no headlights on and had moved into the eastbound lane at the time of the accident. The woman driving the Dodge truck said she did not see Lindsey's vehicle before the collision.
