Sulphur Springs, Paris – Authorities are reporting the death of a Paris man, shot and killed Sunday afternoon near Sulphur Springs.
38-year-old Anthony Earnest was reportedly shot in the chest with his own gun following a disturbance at Joe Bob's Convenience storm north of town.
The name of the other person involved, who was also from Paris, has not been released, and no charges had been filed at last report.
