Leonard – Law enforcement authorities are investigating a car bomb explosion in Fannin County. Two early morning explosions Tuesday reportedly destroyed a Leonard Police cruiser while it was parked at an officer's residence. Two devices were planted on the vehicle around 2:30am Tuesday morning.
