The man reported that while he was walking in the 2400 block of Campbell Street, he was approached by two unidentified black men, police said. One of the men displayed what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun, according to the report. The victim was walked to an ATM on the university campus, where he was made to withdraw cash, police said.

This incident remains under investigation, according to police. Anyone with any information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Commerce Police Department at (903) 886-1139, officials said. Anonymous tips are accepted, police said.
