Polygraph tape allowed in Sulphur Springs trial

By Kevin Jefferies

Sulphur Springs – In a strange turn, a tape of a polygraph test has been allowed as evidence in a sexual assault case in district court in Sulphur Springs. 36 year old Charles Wick is charged with several counts of sex crimes against children.

Monday, audio tape of Wick's polygraph test was allowed as evidence after a video taped interview between Wicks and Sulphur Springs police referenced the test numerous times.

Wicks is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of his 4 year old daughter and two counts against the child's 7 year old brother, as well as four counts of indecency with a child involving the boy.
