Greenville – A traffic stop on Interstate 30 in Greenville Wednesday nets nearly 20 pounds of marijuana.
Police Officer Adam Phillips made the stop at the 97 mile marker and suspected criminal activity occurring. Consent to search the vehicle was granted and marijuana was located inside the trunk of the vehicle in three packages.
The suspect was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $25,000.
